Fundraising Events - Earn up to $1750!!
We are happy to announce the new Laserforce fundraising program. It is a fresh new way to raise funds for your organisation, compared to the traditional sausage sizzles and hard-to-sell 5000 ticket raffles. It is an action-packed, fun-filled night and people have found it easy to sell tickets for the event, as it is suitable for all age groups. Many Wellington clubs have used this facility for their fundraising events and have found it to be very successful.
How it works
We will
- Hire you the entire facility, which includes Laserforce and the Time Out Arcade, which has 33 of the latest video and classic arcade games, for 2 and a half hours.
- Supply you with personalised promotional materials, which includes posters, flyers and tickets.
- Supply door staff on the night so you can just arrive and have fun!
You will
- Try to sell all 120 tickets at our recommended price of $25 each and if you do, you will raise $1750 for your cause! You are free to sell the tickets for any price you wish, as our fee for the event remains constant.
- Pay our set fee for the event of $1250.00 inc GST.
Times available are Sunday to Tuesday 5.30pm to 8.00pm and 8.30pm to 11.00pm throughout the year, with the exception of school holiday periods. These times may be flexible if you are the only event that night.
